We are off to the Stans!

We are off on another amazing family adventure with the Fougner clan. 11 people travelling in stifling heat through beautiful countries where English is likely to be difficult to find...what could go wrong!

We are in the final stages of packing up. We have a house/dog/bunny sitter lined up (thank you Mark!). Visas, passports, immunizations are all in order and we are excited for what the next two weeks will have in store for us!

The itinerary is a whirlwind, trying to cover 4 countries in just over two weeks is nearly impossible, but this group is not scared of fast paced adventures.

We start in Almaty Kazakhstan, then head to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and then back to Kazakhstan to fly home. We are so excited to explore these wonderful places and hopefully learn a thing or two.
